Back in the day, Notorious B.I.G. spoke to Rugged Entertainment filmmaker Peter Spirer about smoking, admitting that he doesn’t have a philosophy on weed, he just “Likes to get f*cked up.” Biggie also reveals that when he smokes, it helps him to get creative and write his music, claiming that if he doesn’t smoke or drink, his rhymes are just average.

When the conversation turns to harder drugs, Biggie says that he’s not down with anything other than weed and alcohol, and admits that he’s motivated by the money in the rap game.
