Is There a Kanye x PacSun Collaboration on the Horizon?

PacSun, Pacific Sunwear if you’re not a cool kid, has been known to stock interesting brands – like the recent and exclusive Been Trill x Diamond Supply Co. collaboration – but we didn’t know that they were also working with such in-demand designers like Kylie and Kendall Jenner.

In case you didn’t know, the youngest siblings of one of America’s guiltiest pleasures have been designing their own line for the store for the last two years. But, that’s all the time we’re going to devote to that. They get enough attention. The actual story is that Kanye West may be working with PacSun in the future.

Yep. Yeezy might be going from Paris runways to the mall, at least according to Kim’s little sister, Kylie.

While promoting their back-to-school collection, the girls spoke to Fashionista, and here’s what Kylie said when Kanye was brought up.

He’s such a creative person and he’s really cool and it’s like very cool to have him in the family now. He’s such a nice guy. A couple of days ago, I was in the kitchen and so was he and I was just talking about my clothing line and how excited I was and he was like, “Your clothing line–I can help you and design. We can do this!” Like, whatever, because he’s just kind of about taking over the world with fashion pretty much and that’s really inspiring.

We have no idea what to make of this. Are the girls trying to boast their street cred by bragging that they hang out with Kanye? Or, is Kanye’s ego that insanely big that he thinks he could design clothes for teenage girls? Then again, after his sell-out collaboration with APC, Kanye has become a sought-after designer. So, this does seem plausible to us.

We’re sure that there will be some sort of response from Ye sooner than later. Dude loves attention.
