NY Jets Baller Allegedly Seen Touching Himself Inside His Car (@KellenWinslowJr)

Kellen Winslow, a tight end for the New York Jets, was arrested last November for allegedly being in possession of marijuana, however a newly released police report exposes details previously kept from the public eye.  The East Hanover police report was uncovered by NJ.com‘s Dom Cosentino, which explains a witness’s allegations that Winslow may have been masturbating inside of his vehicle.  

The unidentified witness claimed in the police report that as she exited her vehicle, she briefly commented to Winslow, whose car was nearby, about the frigid cold weather.  The driver side window of his Escalade was allegedly open, and she claims to have seen his erect penis, to which she believed that he was sitting in his car masturbating and called the police.  When cops arrived on the scene they did not see his exposed genitals, but reported that they did notice “two open containers of Vaseline” inside the car with him.  He apparently told the police that he was simply looking for Boston Market.
