Pharrell Cuts Price of His Baller Miami Penthouse to $11M (@pharrell)

Pharrell Williams just dropped the price on his Miami trilevel penthouse after it languished for 9 months on the market with a $16.8 million asking price. Skateboard P slashed it by nearly $6 million, and a prospective buyer can now snag the gorgeous home for $10.9 million.

The 9,090-square-foot penthouse comes with several outdoor spaces that offer dramatic views of South Beach. There’s an 180-degree wrap-around balcony, a pool terrace, a second-level pool and terrace, a summer kitchen patio and a rooftop terrace. The home also boasts private elevator access, a home theater and floor-to-ceiling glass throughout.
