Sarah Vivan, the radio personality who has a four-year-old son with Lil Wayne, has been flying under the radar for awhile now, but we’d like to take the chance to help bring her back into the spotlight.
Weezy and Sarah are the parents of the Young Money general’s oldest son Dwayne; he famously announced the pregnancy at the BET awards while accepting an award.
