Terrence Howard Accused of Beating Ex-Wife in Costa Rica

Terrence Howard’s ex-wife has accused him of beating her badly during a heated exchange in Costa Rica, TMZ reports.

Michelle Ghent divorced Howard in May; however, they patched things up recently and she went on vacation with Terrence and his family to Costa Rica last week. Sources tell TMZ that at some point during the trip an argument broke out and Ghent claims Terrence beat her up.

Terrence allegedly claims Michelle maced him, his adult daughter and another family member. Police were called to the scene and took reports.

Sources tell TMZ that Terrence fabricated the macing story to justify his violent actions. Other sources say Michelle is lying about the actor beating her.

Michelle is allegedly going to court to secure a restraining order against Howard.
