Stepping back into the public eye for the first time since her break up from ex-husband, Chad Ochocinco, former Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada leaves Miami behind to join her 21-year-old daughter Shaniece in Los Angeles. With a fresh attitude, a new fiancé and her 1-year-old son, Leo, Evelyn is determined to start anew.

Now that her L.A. Dodgers’ star fiancé Carl Crawford is frequently on the road, Evelyn is learning how to balance being a new mom with the demands of rebranding her career.

Meanwhile, her daughter, Shaniece, is starting to blaze her own path in the world by launching a swimwear line and lifestyle website. Her first big task is this week, when she’ll model with Evelyn in a photo shoot.

Emotions run high when Evelyn suddenly receives devastating news from her doctor. Distressed and awaiting further results, Evelyn backs out of the photo shoot. Shaniece is then presented with her first big test, as she must step up and do the shoot on her own.

Livin’ Lozada follows the lives of Evelyn Lozada (of “Basketball Wives” fame), and her 21-year-old daughter, Shaniece. Evelyn has moved on from the heartache of her highly publicized break up in a big way. She is engaged to professional baseball player CarlCrawford and the happy couple have a 1-year-old son, Leo.

Between learning to be a mom all over again, setting up a new life in Los Angeles for her family, working on getting the sequel to her first book published, and handling issues surrounding her family back East, Evelyn has a lot going on!
