Caitlyn Jenner Makes a Cameo in Kylie’s Latest Makeup Tutorial, Jokes, ‘I Hate Your Brows’

Whether you’re obsessed with the Kardashian-Jenner family or not, you can’t deny this one fact: They are all blessed with amazing eyebrows. Kylie Jenner, in particular, has some serious arches, which she has proudly perfected. And Caitlyn Jenner shares your arch envy in her daughter’s latest beauty tutorial on her newly-launched app. (ICYMI: All the Karjenner apps are now live and burning through data on millions of cell phones across the world!)

Kylie’s app focuses a lot on makeup tutorials and her style. In her latest beauty how-to, the 18-year-old social media superstar sits down with makeup artist Ariel Tejada and hairstylist Chris Dylan to create a peachy makeup and crimpy hair vibe, a look she’s totally “obsessed” with. See a preview below.
About halfway through the clip, Caitlyn makes her cameo wearing oversize sunglasses and pink cardigan.
“My God, it takes an army,” Caitlyn quips, before telling Kylie, “I hate your brows.”
“You hate them?,” Kylie asks, to which Caitlyn replies, “Yeah, they’re too perfect!”
Caitlyn then suggests she should sit down and get her hair and makeup done too, but quickly dismissed the idea, kisses her daughter on the head and leaves.
What else did we learn from the video? That Kylie loves doing her own makeup whenever possible and that she calls eyebrow gel “eyebrow glue.” (You need to download the app and pay to unlock this and future tutorials.)
On Monday, Kylie joined the rest of her sisters in N.Y.C. to talk about the development of their new apps, and explained that big sister Kim Kardashian inspired her to share actually shoot tutorials for her fans.
“I asked her how to get the best lighting for makeup,” Kylie said. “Kim started filming makeup tutorials before me, and I think the makeup artist we share told me Kim was using these videos under certain light. That inspired me to shoot videos. It inspired me to get it going.”
Kylie then added that the color scheme for her app was another thing that was important to her. “My favorite color is teal, and I always go back to that with my hair color. So I wanted to incorporate that. Kim’s is black and white obviously.”
