Kim Kardashian’s Wedding Album Instagram Dump Makes Us Want to Remember Every Look from Her Wedding Weekend

Considering that they’re two of the most public people on planet Earth, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have kept many of the images and details from their extremely lavish and over-the-top wedding under wraps. That’s why we felt so hashtag-blessed to be allowed a glimpse inside the three-day extravaganza that took place at Valentino’s mansion, Versailles and a Florentine villa — up to and including a look at the couple’s first dance to John Legend’s “All of Me” (live, of course). So we’re celebrating their anniversary (a day early, but we know they won’t mind) with a trip down memory lane, looking back on every outfit Kardashian wore for her epic love production, including her rehearsal dinner dress, below.

First up: The bachelorette party minidress, a beaded Balmain creation with a rose motif perfect for the garden theme of many of the festivities. “This is one of my favorite dresses ever!!!! This @BalmainParis dress I have in my closet & it makes me happy every time I see it! Loved these @GiuseppeZanottiWorld heels,” she captioned her throwback Insta. (Fun fact: Balmain designer Olivier Rousteing was in attendance at her wedding.)

Then there was the dress she wore to the luncheon hosted at Valentino Garavani’s Paris mansion, designed (of course) by the host and featuring a muted butterfly motif with a scalloped neckline.

Her wedding dress was famously very modest, so she had to embrace her signature plunging, high-slit style for the rehearsal dinner, selecting an ivory gown with a low neckline and satin lapels to match her groom’s similar look. “I’m feelin’ our Margiela looks #WeddingWeek #Versailles,” Kardashian captured one of the photos.

She also wore her hair in a very un-Kim like twisted, messy bun, with a sculptural gold barrette underneath for a modern twist.

And for good measure, if you were wondering what special performer Lana del Rey wore to sing seven minutes of Kardashian’s favorite songs.

Then, of course, there was the wedding dress, a custom Givenchy Haute Couture creation by designer pal Riccardo Tisci that featured sheer waist panels, a belt, pearl details at the neckline and a matching dress for daughter North.

Mom Kris eventually posted a photo from the fitting that showed the gown’s dramatic train and matching lace-edged veil.

Finally, Kardashian changed into another Balmain mini — similarly embellished and bedazzled, but this time with a plunging neckline — to hit the dance floor. At the time, West saluted the outfit change by taking the mic to announce, “Kim just changed dresses,” while the song “This is How We Do It” played. “I just had to stop things for my girl, Kim. Changed dresses…uh oh!” he said. This time, Kardashian kept things simple, captioning the below photo, “Sexy.”
