18-Year-Old Stabs Her Mother in the Face 79 Times

Isabella Guzman was arrested recently for stabbing her mother to death in the face and neck 79 times.  Police were called to the house hours before the fatal stabbing occurred because Guzman and her mother had gotten into an altercation in the home.  She allegedly ran into her mother’s bathroom while she was taking a shower and stabbed her t death.  

Guzman’s father allegedly tried to get in but she held the door shut preventing him form entering.  When she exited the bathroom, her father said that he was clutching a knife in her hand and looking straight ahead with a blank facial expression.

Isabella had apparently sent an email to her 4-year-old mother Yun-Mi Hoy, stating that “You will pay.”

The exact motive behind the gruesome murder is unknown, however Guzman is under investigation for 1st degree murder.
