Amber Riley Kills It On "DWTS" Debut Night, Christina Milian & Keyshawn Johnson Also Give Debut Performances

"Glee" star Amber Riley took off her acting hat and threw on her dancing shoes for her big "Dancing With The Stars" debut last night.  And she’s not the only one who killed it.  Check out Christina Milian‘s big performance from night 1 inside, and Keyshawn Johnson struggling through a stiff but potential-having performance….

Season 17 of "DWTS" kicked off with a bang last night in Hollywood.  The YBF contestants took the dance floor to kick off the competition for the Mirror Ball trophy.  Even Jennifer Lopez popped up in the audience….to cheer on her bestie Leah Remini who’s also on the roster.

Our early fave: Amber Riley.  The curvy gal with the big personality posed it up with her mom before her performance (atop) and went on to cop the highest score of the night with partner Derek Hough.

Yassss.  They got triple 9’s from the judges.

Christina Milian had an emotional start to her rehearsals with partner Mark Ballas.  But she trudged through and gave a powerful performance:

And retired NFLer Keyshawn Johnson (cousin to Chad Jonson) with partner Sharna Burgess was….stiff:

He kept talking about how this dancing ish was a bit "feminine."  But he has the most potential to get better.  We hope…

And Corbin Bleu was another early fave of the crowd:

He and partner Karina Smirnoff nabbed a 24 out of 30.  Who knew Corbin actually had some talent outside High School Musical?
