ARRESTED! Kevin Hart Popped For DUI!

Kevin Hart is in deep doo-doo.  The comedian & actor isn’t laughing today as he was popped for suspicion of DUI early this morning in Cali.  Deets inside…

"Real Husbands of Hollywood" star Kevin Hart decided to get behind the wheel in the wee hours of the morning, despite the fact Highway Patrol officers say he was objectively intoxicated.

TMZ reports that 32-year-old Kevin was arrested roughly 4 hours ago–at 6am PST–after he damn near slammed his Mercedes into a gas tanker truck! 

According to the California Highway Patrol, officers spotted the comedian driving in a black Mercedes on the 101 Freeway at around 4:30 AM PT. The CHP says he was "driving erratic," "going 90 MPH" and "almost collided with a gas tanker truck."

The CHP says when they pulled Hart over, he showed "objective signs of intoxication" and was "unable to perform field sobriety tests."

He’s still being held on a $6,000 bond. 

Tisk tisk Kev.  Your career is getting far too big & respectable for this type of foolishness…

*UPDATE* Kevin tweeted his side of the story, which was him admitting to being drink and making a complete joke out of it:

I’m officially a thug, I spent 6hrs in jail last night…I got pulled over 3blocks from my house by a dick head cop….This cop was the worst, he knew who I was & wanted to make a example out of me….I did 6,000 push ups & 13,000 sit ups while I was in the pin….shout out to my celly "Mark" we exchanged war stories LMFAO When the cop asked me to take the sobriety test I said "WHY WASTE OUR TIME…I’M DRUNK MAN" ….. #TrueStory

Apparently driving drunk is a laughing matter.
