C.R.E.A.M.: Robin Roberts Signs Deal With ABC Worth $14 Million A Year

How does one truly bounce back after undergoing bone marrow transplant surgery? By striking a deal with your boss for a MAD salary increase, that’s how! Page Six is reporting that ABC anchorwoman Robin Roberts has quietly signed a renewed contract with ABC that’s worth around $13 million to $14 million PER YEAR. Cha ching!

“Over a month ago, they quietly inked a new, long-term, very high seven-figure deal with Robin that will keep [her] at the company for years to come .?.?. it was a friendly negotiation,” said an insider. “Robin’s been [at ABC News] for over 20 years .?.?. and will be a leader there for a very long time to come.”

The source said that Roberts — who was on leave for six months after a bone marrow transplant — “was extremely grateful for the kindness and love shown by everyone while she was sick.

Robin was extremely open during the time of her transplant, allowing her story to be televised and published along the way, so I think her deal is appropriate.  We look forward to seeing lots more of Robin in the years ahead!Similar Posts:
