Chris Brown Won’t Face Charges for Alleged Nightclub Attack (@chrisbrown)

Good news for Chris Brown, as the singer will not be prosecuted for allegedly assaulting a female at a California club back in June, TMZ reports.

Deanna Gines, 24, claimed Breezy shoved her down at Heat Ultra Lounge, causing serious injury to her knee. However, both Brown and the club’s owner said she was making the whole thing up, and TMZ even obtained video of her walking around just fine right after the alleged incident.

The Anaheim City Attorney rejected the case last week citing insufficient evidence.

As for Gines, she’s still attempting to sue Chris for her alleged injuries.
