Emmy nominee Kerry Washington celebrated her historic nomination at an event hosted by The Academy Of Television Arts & Sciences and SAG-AFTRA yesterday. Come inside and decide if we love Kerry’s pink Halston Heritage dress.

Last night, "Scandal" actress Kerry Washington (shown above with co-star Joe Morton) was among the honorees at a pre-Emmy reception hosted Tuesday night by the television academy and the SAG-AFTRA actors union at the academy’s headquarters in North Hollywood.

For the evening, "Pretty In Pink" Kerry selected a Halston Heritage Pink Ruffle Dress which she paired with a Nancy Gonzalez Croc Curve Razor Clutch and white pumps.  SIDEBAR:  Some folks are putting the newlywed on "baby bump" watch as they’ve noticed that her face is fuller and her choice of red carpet attire (lately) seems to draw attention away from the tummy area. 

Kerry, who is nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in her role as Olivia Pope, is the first black actress to be nominated in the category since Cicely Tyson got a nod in 1995 for "Sweet Justice."  Nice!

While trying to decide if you love the dress, note that Kerry was JUST chosen by PEOPLE Magazine as the World’s Best Dressed Woman. So…..
