It seems as though putting a ring on the woman you love for her birthday is becoming a trend. Like Kanye West and Future did recently with their boos, Dwyane Wade put a ring on the love of his life’s finger, Gabrielle Union; however, it wasn’t an engagement.
According to Page Six, Dwyane had previously received his 2013 NBA Championship Miami Heat ring on the same day as Gabrielle’s 41st birthday, which also happened to be the Heat’s season opener game vs the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday, October 30th. He met up with Gabrielle following his game at the Hyde Lounge in the American Airlines Arena and put his championship ring on her finger.
According to a source, “Wade walked in with a gift-wrapped box, opened it with her and put it on her finger.”
She later posted an Instagram picture with Wade at her birthday thanking him for going “all out” for her big day.
