EVENT FAB: Usher, Diddy, LA Reid, Toni Braxton & More SALUTE Babyface On "The Hollywood Walk of Fame"

Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds earned a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday and Usher, Diddy, Toni Braxton and LA Reid came out to salute him.  See the pictures inside….

Yesterday, 10-time Grammy winner Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds received something he probably should have gotten a long time ago: a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  Moments after his star was unveiled, he told USA today he was "feeling good." 

The 54-year-old added, "It was surreal" and he never set out to become a part of the famed walk. "That was not part of the plan. That’s what makes it an amazing thing."

His longtime collaborator and LaFace Records partner, LA Reid (shown atop), said "I just feel like what Kenny has done musically, and what he’s done as an inspiration to people as a role model has really advanced the culture. And a lot of babies were made."

"Hurt You" singer, Toni Braxton, who’s recorded an album of duets with Babyface called Love, Marriage & Divorce (in stores Dec. 3), said

"I had a moment when I was about to cry. I was so proud of him. Because Kenny is kind of shy. He has a great sense of humor – a lot of people don’t know that about him, and he’s very modest. So I know it took a lot of pushing to get him to even commit to this."

Amidst all of the drug allegations and separation announcements, both Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner came out to support Babyface and even posed for pics.  Not sure why–other than the fact that fam loves to leech on to be "family friends with" successful black men–but nice of them to support…

Khloe, who’s always supportive of African American men, managed to take a pic of EVERY Black man who went on stage.  She tweeted, "I’m so proud of you Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds!!!! You so dearly deserve your Hollywood Star!!!! #Emotional #Proud #FamilyFriends4Life" and "Nothin but a Diddy thaaang baaaaabaaay."

Actress Holly Robinson Peete donned a high-waisted pencil skirt in honor of Kenny.

Legendary songwriter Stevie Wonder posed alongside Babyface and his new "star".

In additon to high profile celebs like Usher and Diddy, Babyface also shared the honor with his backup dancer turned partner (they have not yet married) Nicole and his sons Brandon and Dylan Michael, and their daughter, Peyton Nicole Edmonds.

Congrats on the MUCH deserved star Kenny!
