Florida Panthers Owner Lists NYC Mansion for Crazy $114 Million

A mansion on the Upper East Side of Manhattan was just publicly listed for a mind-blowing $114.07 million.

The home is owned by Vincent Viola, owner of the Florida Panthers NHL team, and his wife Teresa Viola, president of Maida Vale Designs. While only 40 feet wide, the mansion takes up six stories and comprises some 20,000 square feet, with another 2,500 square feet of outdoor space on a three-tiered rooftop deck.

The 19 rooms of the home boast the “finest European-imported materials” and the most “state-of-the-art systems. There are seven bedrooms, six full baths, three powder rooms and huge closets that also serve as panic rooms. Ample sunlight pours through the huge windows of the home, and outside the sprawl of Central Park is in full view.

There is also a two-story movie theater, game room, wet bar, fitness room and a steam room, while a separate floor houses a saltwater pool with spa. In the kitchen there’s a brick pizza oven. The six floors are connected by an elevator lined in onyx.
