Freedom in Sight: Lil Boosie Release Date Officially Announced (@BOOSIEOFFICIAL)

Lil Boosie has had to make the tough adjustment of considering prison to be his home since he was first incarcerated in late 2008 for a probation violation.  Things quickly took a turn for the worst when he was indicted on first-degree murder charges in 2010, however he was given a breath of fresh air last year when he was acquitted of that serious charge.  

Since his imprisonment the Louisiana rapper has amounted a huge follow on social media websites such as Twitter and Facebook, so much so, that his Facebook page has gained over three and a half million likes over the years.  Many rumors were floating around with speculated claims of his prison release however the official date has just recently been announced and confirmed by the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections.  Family, friends, and fans, can expect to see Lil Boosie finally come home on August 18th, 2014
