Gianni Versace’s Ornate Miami Mansion Sells for $41.5 Million

The Miami home where Gianni Versace was killed back in 1997 was just sold at an auction this week, and relatively speaking, it was a steal.

Joe Nakash, owner of the Jordache brand, purchased the mansion for $41.5 million. The property was previously listed for $125 million a year ago, so Nakash certainly lucked out.
