Girl Asks Jay Z for Record Deal After Rapping for Him On Stage (@S_C)

Jay Z has been awfully generous on his “Magna Carta Holy Grail World Tour.” After inviting a 12-year-old fan on stage to rap his “Clique” verse in Greensboro, NC the rapper decided to give yet another young fan the once in a lifetime opportunity to rap for him on stage.

During his “Magna Carter World Tour” at Chicago’s United Center on Thursday night (Jan. 9th), Jay brought up 19-year-old female MC Monique, who had previously rapped for him at the “Blueprint 3” tour when she was 16. Jay Z brought the girl on stage at the United Center after he spotted her holding a sign saying, “When I was 16 I rapped on this stage with you. I’m 19 now and I’m ready.”

“You gotta be quiet so I can rap for him. I’m trying to get signed tonight and sh*t,” she told the crowd before laying down a verse. And though Jay didn’t offer the young MC a record deal he did offer her some kind words. “You just told your whole entire life story, huh?” he said. “I would’ve done the same sh*t. F**k that. It might not happen again.”
