"Being Mary Jane" star Gabrielle Union headed off to Bimini over the weekend for a girls getaway with her closest friends.  See Gabrielle flaunting her bikini body on the beach inside….

Newly engaged tv and film star Gabby Union and her friends hit the beach for a little R&R right before we ring in the new year. She shared some pictures of herself, AJ Johnson and friends having fun on the beach via Twitter and Instagram. She tweeted "Urban cowgirl strikes again… #islandliving #wholetallthedamnfliesin"

Lifestyle expert AJ Johnson posed on the beach and asked her followers.

The group arrived in Bimini, via seaplane with AJ tweeting "we have arrived! #blessed #lotstocelebrate #readyfor2014."

Gabrielle added, "Always an adventure with these broads… #islandliving #family @theajzone @deirdremaloney @telltell_heart @lindsayfaulk @jjmendez3 @essencesays @mrvanbrown"

Gabby and friends also went swimming with sharks. She tweeted, "I thought I swam with sharks in Hollywood… Until I swam with sharks… Thanks @telltell_heart for goin 1st! Lol"
