Jay Z & Beyonce Drop Millions on New London Home

Power couple Jay-Z & Beyonce are packing up their Tribeca condo and heading overseas, at least for a while.
The Carters recently dropped 5.5 million pounds (about 9.25 million USD) on a West London townhouse. According to reports, they paid for the pad around four weeks ago.
A source said: “Both Jay and Beyonce are Anglophiles (lovers of British culture) and have been toying with the idea of getting a pad for a couple of years now.”
They usually stay in hotels or rented-out mansions when visiting, but perhaps feel ownership is the way to go now as they’ll both be spending a lot of time across the pond throughout 2014. The couple recently announced a joint stadium tour in the US and are expected to hit up the UK immediately after.
