Juror Says Michael Dunn Should’ve Been Convicted for Murder

Juror No. 4 for the high profile Michael Dunn murder case spoke with ABC News about how the jury was not able to find him guilty of murder.  Dunn was convicted of 3 counts of 2nd Degree Attempted Murder for shooting and killing 17-year-old Jordan Davis, all because Davis was playing music too loud for Dunn’s liking.

Dunn admitted to killing Davis, but was not found guilty of 1st Degree Murder, despite admitting to shooting and killing the teenager.  Juror No. 4 explained how it was a vote of 10-2 in favor of him being guilty of murder, but the two votes who supported his “self-defense” claim, are what prevented him from being convicted of 1st Degree Murder.  Juror No. 4 strongly believes that despite the fact that he will be spending the rest of his life in prison, he still got away with murder.
