Kelly Rowland confirms that she IS engaged to her manager and long term boyfriend, Tim Witherspoon. Kelly Rowland just looks smitten and in love as she cheerfully shares the news of the engagement. The two have been engaged for a long time, years, and many celebrities knew including Queen Latifah, but they didn’t spill the beans. Congrats!

It was so late, I remember we were just kind of like, just honestly, staring at each other, and he asked me. And, it was just that simple to say yes. I was like I got my best friend; I have my best friend to ride through life with.
