Kevin Durant & Math Hoffa Exchange Battle Challenge on Twitter! (@KDTrey5 @MATHHOFFA)

Since Battle Rap has taken noticeable steps forward into the spotlight on a much larger scale and grabbing the attention of a much larger audience, numerous celebrities have come forth and expressed their interest in stepping into the battle ring.  In the past, Cassidy, Meek Mill, Busta Rhymes, and Joe Budden have all been mentioned in possible battle discussions with various battlers.  Math Hoffa actually got into a heated exchange with Budden on Twitter, where they both challenged one another to battle.

This time around NBA baller Kevin Durant has expressed his interest in stepping into the battle arena, by battling Math.  Kevin was present at the past NOME 3 event, and has since gone on Twitter claiming that he thinks he can beat Math.  He made the statement on Friday, July 5th.  Math replied which sparked them both to debate on Math’s past wins, his abilities as a battler compared to Kevin’s as a baller, and more.  It was very entertaining.
