Kevin Durant Selling His Swagged Out OKC Mansion for $1.95M (@kdtrey5)

Kevin Durant has put his very nice Oklahoma City mansion on the market for $1.95 million, which is roughly $250,000 more than what he paid when he bought the home in 2011.

Located in the exclusive gated Club Villa neighborhood, the house sits on a pair of lots that include a main home and a guest house with a large pool area set in between. The property offers three bedrooms in the main house and two in the guest house, four bathrooms and approximately 5,545 square feet of living space in total.

The main house boasts vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, hardwood flooring and a swanky spiral staircase. The chef’s kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, and the guest house has its own kitchen as well as a home theater.
