Kim Kardashian Sparks Plastic Surgery Talk With Throwback Pic (@kimkardashian)

Kim Kardashian has been plagued with plastic surgery rumors for years, and a new throwback photo brought back the talk amongst her fans. The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star posted a photo from 2006 of her hanging out with her friend at the Hard Rock Hotel’s Rehab pool party. 

Kim can be seen wearing a black bathing suit, large gold hoop earrings, and a pair of oversized black sunglasses in the photo, which left dozens of fans commenting on her “old nose.” Many of Kim’s fans that commented on the photo believe that she looks less exotic now, and many firmly believe that she’s had a nose job.

In the past, Kim has adamantly denied getting plastic surgery, telling Nightline back in 2010 that she was 100% plastic surgery free. She added, “I’m totally not against plastic surgery, I’ve tried Botox before. That’s the only thing that I’ve done.”
