Lil Wayne has been a staple in Hip Hop for almost 20 years now, but his career almost ended before it started. During a recent interview with Katie Couric, Weezy explains the incident when he shot himself in the chest. According to Wayne and Katie, the bullet was only two inches from his heart.
Wayne goes into detail on the unfortunate event, telling Katie how he was distracted by The Notorious B.I.G.’s “One More Chance” at the time. Check out Wayne explain it himself above.
