Love & Hip Hop’s Rashidah Ali Could be Facing Jail Time (@RashidahAli)

Love & Hip Hop’s Rashidah Ali could possibly be facing jail time due to various probation violations.

Some time agao Ali was convicted of seven counts of fraudulent credit card use and theft by deception. She was originally admitted to a Pre-Trial Intervention program that would have cleared her of all charges if she fulfilled certain requirements. However, the reality television star didn’t meet those requirements and was thrown out of the program. She was then convicted of her charges and placed on probation.

CliffViewPilot reports that Ali was in court on February 28th after she missed several appointments with her probation officer and failed to pay the restitution required under her plea agreement. Ali’s attorney has promised Judge Liliana DeAvila-Silebi that she would be making all future appointments and will begin consistently paying towards her restitution. The Judge told Rashidah that if she doesn’t keep her word, she will be arrested.
