Michael Jordan is widely regarded as the greatest player to ever pick up a basketball, but there’s one person who His Airness believes would come out on top in a game of 1-on-1 — Kobe Bryant.
MJ made the statement in a video promoting NBA 2K14, while naming a bunch of NBA legends he would have liked to go against in their prime, including Jerry West, Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony, LeBron and more.
“I don’t think I would lose,” Jordan says, adding, “other than to Kobe Bryant because he steals all of my moves.
The former Bulls superstar was later asked who was a better baller, Kobe or LeBron, and Jordan said, “In terms of dominance in the game of basketball at this stage, it’s Lebron,” but then added, “Championshipwise, it’s Kobe.”
