Miley Cyrus added her 20th tat to her body yesterday when she got a lip tattoo of a cat with a friend.
It’s clear that the cat is her favorite emoji. The cat is a resemblance to the sad face emoji cat that Miley loves to use online. In addition to a new tattoo, the singer also shared sex advice to her 17 million followers.
