The twerking Miley Cyrus phenomenon continued in Germany recently, when Miley pulled her most bizarre act yet.
While performing “We Can’t Stop,” Miley was accompanied on stage by a female midget. The little person began twerking, prompting Cyrus to run up and slap her backside several times.
