VIBE Magazine continued celebrating their 20th anniversary with a huge bash in New York City last night. See party pics of Tyson Beckford, Swizz Beatz, Luke James, Sean Garrett, ASAP Ferg and more inside….
In addition to celebrating their 20th Anniversary with standout cover photos of Robin Thicke and Janelle Monae, and a few swanky day-to-night events in Las Vegas with La La Anthony, Juicy J and Talib Kweli, VIBE Magazine took their party to NYC city last night. Taking over the famed NYC hotspot Bungalow 8, folks like Tyson Beckford (atop) and Swizz Beatz (above) were in attendance.
The party was sponsored by MONSTOR Headphones and the company CEO, Noel Lee, arrived on a motorized scooter with gold rims! He posed with rapper Swizz Beatz. Swizz is a co-owner of the company and on their advisory board.
Singer Luke James, who’s been on tour with Beyonce, was spotted at the party.
Hitmaking producer Sean Garrett was there.
Reality tv personality Po Johnson smiled for the cameras.
DJ D-Nice helped keep the crowd moving.
Questlove also stepped behind the 1s and 2s to spin a few hits.
DJ Scratch also joined the fellas in the DJ booth.
"Single Ladies" co-star Cassandra Freeman hit the party. And she’ll be returning as "Morgan" when season 3 kicks off soon.
DJ Cassidy rocked a pair of white summer shorts.
DJ Irie also took a turn in the DJ booth.
Singer JoJo posed for the cameras too.
VIBE’s Editor-In-Chief Jermaine Hall posed with rapper ASAP Ferg.
Executive editor Datwon Thomas (far left) also celebrated the mag’s 20th anniversary with Jermaine.
And VIBE’s Keith murphy, and friends Jayson Rodriguez & Shaheem Reid were all there to party it up.
Tyson, Noel, Swizz and ASAP Ferg all dished about MONSTOR’S latest products.
And everybody got lit on Smoke Vodka Liqueur.
