#RIPSpeakerKnockerz: Rapper Found Dead Inside His Home (@SpeakerKnockerz)

Reports have been spreading that unsigned South Carolina rapper Speaker Knockerz, was found dead inside of his home on Thursday, March 6th, according to Gary Watts of the Richland County Coroner’s Office who reported the news to WIS-TV.  The 19-year-old artist, real name  Derek McAllister, was apparently found dead inside of his garage after having been considered missing for a few days by his mother, Mesha Wilson.  No foul play is suspected, and according to reports from Elevator Magazine, it is suspected that he actually died from an “apparent heart attack,” however an official toxicology report has yet to be completed to determine the cause of his death.  

Speaker Knockerz was on a steady rise to fame, as his fanbase continued to rise through his vast YouTube following.  Some people have speculated that his death is actually a hoax, while others have mourned the news of his passing on Twitter.  His last tweet appeared on March 4th and read, “Lonely – Single by Speaker Knockerz.”  Many fans have been reacting to the reports of his death, and as a result #RIPSpeakerKnockerz has become a top trending topic in the United States.  Check out the many reactions to news of Speaker Knockerz’s death in the slide above.
