Robber Wrestles Kim K’s BFF to Ground Over $500K Watch (@kimkardashian @jonathancheban)

Kim Kardashian’s best friend and PR guru Jonathan Cheban recently found himself in a scary situation in the Hamptons after he was wrestled to the ground over his $500,000 Jacob & Co. diamond watch. Earlier in the day he was bragging about the watch on Instagram, writing “I think I overdressed my wrist today with my @jacobandco …22 karat’s is a bit much for daytime LOL.” 

One source revealed to the NY Post that a man came up to Jonathan while he was eating and asked about the watch. 

“A guy came over and started asking some questions .Jonathan was very friendly. But then the guy grabbed Jonathan . . . and tried to steal his half-million-dollar watch! Jonathan fought back to stop him, and he pushed Jonathan to the floor.”

The source added that security came and broke up the altercation with the robber leaving empty-handed, but Jonathan refused to file a police report because of his tight schedule. 

“He left the Hamptons. He was there for a private event. He was only [in town] for three hours. Disaster. Jonathan had to go to Europe and didn’t want to deal with police reports. He wasn’t badly hurt … his wrist got banged up.”
