Disney Sam Sex Couple Lesbian Good Luck Charlie So Disney Goes Same Love: Introduces First Sam Sex Couple On TV!!!

Disney is making bold moves in children’s programming, and introduces its first ever same sex couple on a special episode of Good Luck Charlie, which is my favorite show on Disney. In this special episode Bob and Amy are trying to figure out the mom’s name of a new little kid, Taylor, they met and invited over for a play date. Bob insists the mother’s name is Cheryl, and Amy insists the mother’s name is Sharon. Of course Amy is always right in these situations, except this time they’re both right. Taylor has two moms, named Cheryl and Sharon.

Is this bold move, in the right direction for Disney, or is the topic of same sex marriage, something best left up to the parents? IDK, but I have a feeling Disney will get some backlash from some Conservative parenting groups, and some praises from civil liberties groups. Watch the clip [below], and let me know what you think?

Well it seems Disney is not so bold after all, this episode WILL NOT air do to the “controversial” topic of same sex. Disney tried it, but they received more protest than support from One Million Moms:

An upcoming episode in this last season of “Good Luck Charlie” will feature a family with two moms, a first for Disney Channel. Because “Good Luck Charlie” is coming to a close, the characters are only expected to appear in one episode. However, one episode is enough, especially since the network repeatedly airs reruns of all its programs.

One Million Moms launched an email campaign in 2013 that urged Disney officials to abandon their plans to corrupt the children’s network with LGBT content. However, Disney officials have not responded to the thousands of emails protesting their plans. Disney has decided to be politically correct instead of providing family-friendly programming. Disney should stick to entertaining, not pushing an agenda.

Conservative families need to urge Disney to avoid controversial topics that children are far too young to comprehend. This is the last place a parent would expect their children to be confronted with topics that are too difficult for them to understand. Mature issues of this nature are being introduced too early and too soon, and it is extremely unnecessary. {Source}
