SPOTTED: Ciara Goes ALL BLACK For 2014 People’s Choice Award Nominations Ceremony

Ciara was spotted flashing her 15 carat engagement ring once again today.  She hit the 2014 People’s Choice Award nomination ceremony as an announcer of the nominees.  Check out her fab look inside….

Not sure if she’s using this oversized jacket to cover up a supposed baby bump, but it’s possible. 

"Body Party" chick CiCi flashing her killer gams in an origami mini skirt, an open black satin button down and black booties at The Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills. 

As for the nominees–Halle Berry & Oprah will be facing off in the Favorite Dramatic Actress category.  And Lee Daniels’ The Butler nabbed a Favorite Dramatic Movie nod.

In the talk world, Steve Harvey’s been nominated for Favorite Talk Show Host.  Michael Strahan and Kelly Ripa will be up against Steve.  And Arsenio and Queen Latifah landed noms as Favorite New Talk Show Host.
