SPOTTED: Ja Rule & Wife Aisha Chill Out In NYC

Rapper Ja Rule spent his day out and about in NYC with his wife Aisha.  And he also debuted his brand new track "Fresh Out Da Pen" since, of course, which explains him perfectly.  Pics and the track inside…

After spending nearly three years in jail, Ja Rule is trying his damndest to reclaim is king of New York status. 

He and wife Aisha were spotted walking the NYC streets today ahead of the rapper releasing his brand new "warning" track, "Fresh Out Da Pen."
