Other highlights in the 2014 AMA awards show include some really great moments for fans of One direction. Things went so well in fact, they had to give props to the big boss man Simon Cowell @ 1:46 AM:

1D dedicated their first award of the night to boss Simon Cowell. Liam Payne said: “It’s down to me to talk. It has been a real perfect day for us, today our album went to number one in the UK and now we are are here.

“I want to say a thank you to Simon Cowell, who put us here.”

And we cannot forget some of the best selfie’s out there at the Awards, with sexy mami J. Lo leading the way:

J. Lo and Iggy Azalea are still highly relevant in Hollywood.

One other thing we have to ask is, what was going on with Selena Gomez’s song? Did you like it? We are not sure if it was about bad boy Bieber or another one of her boyfriends, but we do know that the #1 destination for celeb discussion is on SoJones!
