YMCMB Artist Suing Woman for Swindling Him Out of $1M

YMCMB’s Kevin Rudolf is suing Ishita Ganguly, ex-wife of business mogul Jim Morrison, for $1 million, claiming she fooled him into a “no risk” deal. Businessman James Campbell is also suing Ganguly for the same amount, which she reportedly claimed would go towar humanitarian, social and economic development projects. However, Ganguly reportedly spent the money on $300,000 worth of jewelry and a reported $2.45 million mansion.

According to the court documents, Ganguly approached Campbell and Rudolf in April 2012, posing as the managing director of the U.K. firm Astute Partners. Ganguly then proposed that the men take part in an investment opportunity, involving multinational banks and intergovernmental organizations.

She allegedly promised that the men would get a $10 million return on their investment, or their $1 million back 21 business days later. Campbell and Rudolf claim they never recieved any money back from Ganguly, and haven’t heard from her since May 2012. 

Her lawyer states that Ganguly “vehemently denies all the allegations,” and she looks forward to clearing her name of the allegations.
