YouTube Co-Founder Thinks Kimye Lawsuit Is Ridiculous (@kimkardashian @kanyewest)

YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley has spoken about the recent lawsuit between himself, Kim Kardashian, and Kanye West.

The couple sued Hurley after he posted a video of Kanye’s proposal and posted it online, even though he signed a document saying he wouldn’t.

According to TMZ, the billionaire is claiming that no one actually told him he couldn’t post the video and the only document signed was a waiver for his image. “Chad says … after the proposal, someone did approach him with a waiver and told him it was a release so they could use his image in a TV special .. and he signed the doc without reading it.” the site claims. 

Hurley wants the judge to dismiss the case and wants Kimye to pay for his legal fees just because.
