Zoë Kravitz and Lisa Bonet Look Like Sisters In Their New Calvin Klein Campaign

It’s well-trodden territory by now to point out that Lisa Bonet is working some kind of Benjamin Button-esque magic that is making her look younger by the day. But standing side by side with her 27-year-old daughter Zoë Kravitz in their new Calvin Klein Watches & Jewelry campaign, it’s hard to fully dismiss the idea that there’s a Dorian Gray style painting of the actress sitting in an attic somewhere.

According to a press release from the brand, their new campaign shot by photographer Cass Bird and titled “Life in the now” is mean to “highlight the immediacy of time and the richness of relationships.” In the first image, this intergenerational pair share a casual, intimate moment as they hold hands while walking down the beach laughing, joining the ranks of fellow familial fashion campaign stars such as Jerry Hall and Georgia May Jagger for H&M or any of the slew of siblings who appeared in Balmain’s FW2015 ads. Bonet wears a black, curve-skimming maxi dress, while Kravitz opts for a simple black two piece paired with a flowy, sheer cover-up and Calvin Klein’s chunky statement jewelry, of course.

In addition to this mother-daughter duo, Calvin Klein also tapped actor Will Peltz and his model girlfriend Kenya Kinski, model couple John Hein and Tilda Lindstam, and for the second year in a row, Korean model/actor Kim Woo Bin and his friend, Chinese model Xiao Wen Ju. In the video for the campaign, each model describes what time means to them over a montage  of small, private moments all shot in black and white. The photo series offers up a unique, informal look into these various interpersonal dynamics, now if only Bonet would finally divulge the location of the Fountain of Youth.

What do you think of Calvin Klein’s new campaign? Do you think Lisa Bonet and Zoë Kravitz look like they could be sisters?
