All The WTF Moments Of #NYFW Spring 2016

No fashion week is complete without some double-takes.
There was the hair-raising style (literally) at Thom Browne and bad contouring at HBA, the “Walking Dead” and “Star Wars” memes that came out of Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 2 showcase, which already pissed off a couple of designers, and even a case of pink eye.
The runway also saw some crazy gimmicks, from Opening Ceremony’s choreographed falls, and the not so planned stumbles at Givenchy. Along with falls, Tommy Hilfiger had models splashing around and as expected the Fat Jewish put dad bods on display. From Kendall Jenner shaving between shows to one designer losing half his show thanks to UPS, we found ourselves saying W-T-F more times than we can count.
However, that was not to say that the WTF moments were bad. Shows such as Gypsy Sport and Libertine were refreshing next to the perfection and immaculate collections that are always expected at NYFW. Chaos is a good thing.
