She landed in N.Y.C. in a skin-tight monochromatic look. Now Kim Kardashian West has hit the red carpet in a sheer, underwear-baring design, proving that she’s not letting baby No. 2 affect her high-fashion style. (Get ready for a new high-fashion round of maternity clothes, y’all!)

The 34-year-old star, who just announced her second pregnancy, selected a see-through ankle-grazing custom Proenza Schouler design, featuring a cinched waist, detailed embellishments, a studded turtleneck and feather puffs attached to the shoulders. She paired the look with matching cutout heels. Husband Kanye West was at her side wearing Haider Ackerman.

Kim told reporters on the carpet that she chose the design because of its slimming silhouette and that she “felt like s—” due to nausea she’s been suffering from during her second pregnancy. But it didn’t seem to affect her glam. The star wore her hair in a slicked back pony and went for her signature nude lip and smoky eye.
