David Beckham Honors Wife Victoria with a Tattoo of Their Wedding Year

David Beckham may be in the running for most swoonworthy guy on Instagram: He’s handsome, he’s a super hands-on dad, and he openly adores Victoria, his wife of 16 years. Just check out the latest tattoo he got to prove it:

Though we would have been happy just seeing some more amazing throwback photos (which both Beckhams posted July 4 to celebrate their 16-year wedding anniversary), Beckham decided to tattoo their anniversary year onto his knuckle for the world to see. He then made sure we all saw it by posting it to Instagram with the caption “99 was a good year for me …” (Judging by Victoria’s wedding tiara, we’d say that’s a pretty indisputable fac.)

He joins a cadre of celebs who have commemorated milestones with ink on their fingers. Beyoncé and Jay Z have matching “IV”s (their lucky number); Behati Prinsloo has three dots to signify commitment to husband Adam Levine; Dax Sheperd got a bell for wife Kristen Bell; and Kelly Rowland has a small stick figure on her finger to symbolize commitment to husband Tim Witherspoon. (And that’s not even counting the celebs who have since had to have their commitments lasered off!)
