Does Gigi Hadid Have a Bob?! And More Celeb Hair Moments That Rocked Our Monday

This weekend, Lily James, Ginnifer Goodwin and even David Radcliffe all took to Comic-Con to debut their brand-new dos. And not content to let those stars take the spotlight, Taylor Swift and her squad jumped in on the mane game, debuting three looks that had us reacting in various levels of enthusiasm, from surprise to mild panic (looking at you, Gigi!).

Take a closer look at the above photo of Gigi Hadid, 19. At first glance, it looks like the supermodel cut off her gorgeous long, blonde tresses into a chic, shoulder-grazing bob, right? At least that’s the decision the PEOPLE Style staff came to when the photo in question hit our inboxes this afternoon. There was a collective “Noooooo!” heard throughout the 29th floor of the Time/Life building in Midtown. We got on the internet to share our collective grief for the star’s angelic blonde curls.

But before we started burning all our colorful clothes in favor of an all-black wardrobe, we saw another angle and realized Hadid has not cut her hair, instead sweeping it into a deceptive low pony. We can breathe, and the world can continue spinning now.

At least, that’s what we thought until we saw this photo, featuring Taylor Swift in something that is not a crop top, despite her previous vow to wear one every day for two years. What could explain this? Are they all at the cleaners? Did she loan them all out to her squad members? Give us some clues, Tay!

Even more surprising, though: the singer is sporting an ethereal headband from Dauphines of New York, which is not part of her everyday hair arsenal. We’ve gotten so used to her fresh fringe and blonde bob that we’ve forgotten what she looks like with anything on top her perfectly coiffed head. What do you think she’ll wear next? A baseball cap?
