Ellen DeGeneres Is Adding a Line of Shoes to Her ED Collection (and We’re Expecting Lots of Sneakers!)

Ellen DeGeneres is taking her love of sneakers to the next level — by designing her own!

The TV host-slash-designer has partnered with fashion giant Camuto Group to create a line of casual footwear, including (of course!) her beloved sneakers, under the ED Ellen DeGeneres label.

“I am so excited for my brand to partner with the Camuto Group,” she told WWD. “They say you have to walk a mile in someone else’s shoes to really know how they feel. Well, now you can literally walk a mile in my shoes, or even further if you choose.”

DeGeneres’ full ED collection, which is set to debut in a pop-up shop at Bergdorf Goodman this week (it is New York Fashion Week, after all) will feature apparel, home decor and now, a small selection of the new shoe line.

“I’m so excited to showcase my [line] during Fashion Week,” she said in a statement. “We originally wanted it during Shark Week, but I think this will be just as good.”

Fans can expect the ED shoe collection to feature leather, suede, denim, canvas and even linen options, all ranging from $80 to $300 a pair, next spring.

The TV host’s children’s collection, GapKids x ED, debuted in an adorable fashion show, in which 14 young “power girls,” including 9-year-old Kayla Kosmalskin, who has Down Syndrome, walked the runway in Miami last month.

And most recently, DeGeneres gave fans a sneak peek of ED at the Teen Choice Awards last month. The star sported a few pieces from the collection — a polka-dot jacket, graphic tee and pants — to the teen-centric award show, and now we’re wondering, were the shoes by her, too?
