Every Time Kim Kardshian Has Gone ‘Makeup Free’

It is almost blasphemy when the queen of contouring herself Kim Kardashian goes makeup free.

She has created an image around her “glam squad” and her always perfect appearance, from her pedicured feet to her perfectly blow-dried hair. So it was a surprise when Kardashian decided not only to go makeup free, but to do so on the cover of Vogue España.

Now, we had our doubts. Did she really go makeup free, or did she just go with minimal makeup? There is a huge difference. However, according to her makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic all he did for her shoot was “hydrate her skin, curled her eyelashes, and put on some lip balm.” That was it.

And proving all her haters wrong, Kardashian proved she is just as beautiful bare faced as she is with her usual layers of foundation, low light, high lights and mascara.

So why is it such a shock to see the reality star without any makeup?

Maybe because even when she posts a “makeup free” selfie, you can still see hints of eyeliner, foundation and lip gloss. Or to put things in perspective, out of her 2,906 Instagram posts, roughly 10 featured a barefaced Kim (not counting #TBT pics when she was a kid).

So we scoured the Internet, and we found all the times Kardasian really went makeup free, but we don’t want to make this a habit. We are looking forward to those Kardashian-approved makeup tutorials.
