Jessie J Goes Dark, Maria Menounos Lightens Up And More Celeb Hair Changes

If you were wondering if you should go lighter or darker for summer, we spotted some celebrity hair change-ups to help with your seasonal coloring inspiration. Jessie J just debuted a darker look (among the million other colors she’s had in the last two weeks alone), while Maria Menounos and Hailey Baldwin went a tint lighter.

Jessie J is the definition of a hair chameleon. In the past 14 days alone she’s had five (yes, five!) color changes. First, she debuted an icy blue shade, then swapped it out for a dark, black hue. Next came a Cruella de Vil-inpsired look with white roots and black locks, which was probably just in preparation for her full-on blonde (or “pearl”) shade as she calls it.

Then yesterday, she went back to a jet-black shade (with a sharper, chin-length cut). She captioned the photo, “I don’t care how long it takes.. I just want it to be right.” While she could be referring to just about anything, we’re pretty positive she’s mentioning her ever-changing looks. It’s impossible to guess which shade she’ll try out next, but how fun would a twinning moment be with Jared Leto’s Joker-green shade?

While Menounos didn’t undergo a drastic change like Jessie, she did take things “a touch” lighter for summer. First, she posted a teaser pic on Instagram with her hair in foil and later followed it up with a glam bathroom selfie (a hair-change must, of course). In her caption, she shared how hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos created the look: “He lightened the ends a little and added a little light to the front. All without bleach! Secrets to healthy hair!!!”

And finally, Hailey Baldwin’s weekend yacht getaway with the Jenner/Hadid squad must have made her ready for summer, because she decided to go a shade lighter.
